How to use: Open a window and set your intention (aka think happy thoughts). Light one end of your smudge stick with a match or lighter at a 45-degree angle pointing down to your flame. Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds before blowing out. Gently wave your smudge stick to move the smoke around your space, paying close attention to corners and doorways, moving from the four corners of the doorway and starting at the bottom left in a clockwise direction, and ideally ending your ritual at the front door.
